Stephie Dean

Financial Manager

Stephie (pronounced STEE-VEE) has been with us since 2009. Her strong background in organizational management, development, and customer service makes her a perfect leader for our office team. She has strong ties to the Ross Valley community. Her daughter and son graduated from Archie Williams high school. Stephie grew up in Texas, but she raised her family in California. She enjoys gardening, live music and stained glass.

Christina Reulbach

Patient Care Coordinator

Christina has been the face at the front desk since 2022. Originally from the East Coast, she has lived in Marin since 2014. She graduated from Bates College with a degree in mathematics which she used in her prior career in Insurance Industry Government Relations. She is grateful to be working with such an exceptional team. It is her priority to ensure that everyone who comes into the office feels comfortable and welcome. She is happy to assist patients with their treatment needs and financial questions. Outside of work, you can find Christina on a tennis court, walking her beloved yellow lab, or spending time with her husband and 3 adult children.

Vickie Guasco

Administrative Assistant

Vicki was born and raised in Marin County, California, and has always felt deeply connected to our community. After graduating from Terra Linda High School, she pursued business studies in Sacramento while caring for her grandmother. Vicki’s career has been diverse and fulfilling. Outside of work, Vicki is a big fan of European football and loves spending time with her dogs. But above all, her greatest joy comes from family—her husband, three wonderful daughters and two beautiful granddaughters, who mean the world to her.

Angie Barrios

Registered Dental Assistant

Angie received her RDA certification from Everest College in San Francisco in 2008 and has continued her studies at College of Marin. She has been a valuable staff member since 2013, taking great pride and satisfaction in helping people. Angie was born in San Francisco, grew up in San Rafael and Napa, and currently lives in Terra Linda with her husband, three daughters, and two dogs. In her free time, Angie loves to spend time with her family and dogs. She especially enjoys outdoor adventures, going to sporting events, and listening to live music. Angie expresses her creative side through event decorating. Angie always roots for her hometown Giants and 49ers!

Liz Fox

Registered Dental Assistant

Liz graduated from the College of Marin Dental Assisting School in 2011. She worked in our office from 2014 - 2018 and missed us so much that she returned in January of 2022. Liz was born and raised in San Rafael and is deeply tied to our community. She finds great fulfillment in helping others and feels that health care is her calling. With that purpose, Liz is currently continuing her education for nursing. In her spare time Liz loves spending time with her young niece and enjoys anything outdoors: camping, hiking, going to music festivals and sporting events. Go Giants!

Gala Radtke

Registered Dental Hygienist

Gala has been a registered dental hygeniest for 34 years. She graduated from UCSF with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene Science and then got her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven. Gala grew up on the peninsula and moved to San Anselmo in 2007. Gala loves working with people and enjoys helping people heal themselves. An educator at heart, she served as an instructor at UCSF’s Dental hygiene school and she teaches Tae Kwon Do at a local martial arts studio. Gala considers her greatest accomplishment to be her 27 year marriage to her wonderful husband and their 23 year old daughter. In her free time, Gala enjoys working on her house, gardening and jewelry making.

Ieneke Wassenaar

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ieneke was born and raised in Sunnyvale CA to Dutch immigrant parents. From 1996-1998 she attended UCSF graduating with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. After three years in San Francisco in Periodontal specialty, General Dentistry and Clinical Instruction at  UCSF Dental Hygiene Program she moved to The Netherlands.  There she worked in specialty practice at the Parodontologische Kliniek Den Haag. She married her Dutch husband and had two children and they moved back to San Anselmo in 2007. Since then she has worked in general practice. Her connection to Dr Differding goes back to 2018 when they worked together in Mill Valley. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, hiking and having travel and camping adventures. She also enjoys volunteering at dental clinics for those without access to care. 

Melissa Tonini

Registered Dental Hygienist

Melissa is a Marin native who lived in San Francisco for many years and then returned to Marin about 8 years ago. She graduated from UCSF with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene Science. Melissa has been a dedicated, caring hygienist for over 30 years. She has focused her career on gum health and educating patients on oral care. Melissa enjoys learning about and utilizing homeopathic and alternative medicines.
